Jonathan Hernandez
Founder & Owner
Jonathan Hernandez is a U.S. Air Force and Texas State Guard Veteran who understands that the toughest mission a service member faces isn't overseas—it’s the transition back to civilian life.
With a background as a military journalist, Jonathan documented the front lines of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan and the humanitarian complexities of Operation Tomodachi in Japan. These experiences gave him a unique lens into the resilience of the military community. After serving as the Public Affairs Officer for the Texas State Guard, he recognized a critical gap in how transition stories were told.
He founded Veteran CEO Magazine (VCEO) LLC to serve as the strategic briefing he wished he’d had. By amplifying the voices of those who have successfully transitioned from the civilian workforce to maximize their military experience, Jonathan has built VCEO into a premier platform for service members, Veterans, and their families to find career clarity, practical advice, and a renewed sense of purpose after military service.
