VCEO Magazine® News Hub Submission Terms & Media Policy

Welcome to the VCEO Magazine® News Hub (/news). By submitting press releases, news announcements, articles, imagery, or media assets (collectively, "Submissions") to Veteran CEO Magazine (VCEO) LLC via web form, email (news@vceomagazine.com), or other delivery channels, you (“Submitter”) explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Authorization & Accuracy

Submitter represents and warrants that:

  • You are an authorized representative, officer, or agent of the organization on whose behalf you are submitting content.

  • All facts, quotes, statistics, and claims contained in the Submission are accurate, true, and not misleading.

  • The Submission does not violate any local, state, federal, or international law, nor does it infringe upon any third party’s privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.

2. Grant of License & Media Rights

By offering a Submission to VCEO Magazine®, Submitter grants Veteran CEO Magazine (VCEO) LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to:

  • Publish, distribute, syndicate, format, archive, and display the Submission (and associated corporate logos, images, or multimedia) across all VCEO digital platforms, newsletters, and social channels.

  • Edit, condense, re-title, or adapt the text for layout, readability, length, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) performance.

Submitter retains underlying copyright to its trademarks, brand assets, and proprietary text, but waives any right to inspect or approve final digital publications.

3. Editorial Discretion & No Guarantee of Publication

Submission of news, press releases, or pitch materials does not guarantee publication, coverage, or a specific publishing timeline.

VCEO Magazine® maintains complete editorial independence. We make publication decisions at our sole discretion based on alignment with our core mission—supporting veteran career transition, military family initiatives, and veteran-owned enterprise growth. VCEO reserves the right to decline, reject, remove, or archive any content at any time without prior notice or liability.

4. Non-Endorsement

Publication of a press release or news item on the VCEO News Hub does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or representation by VCEO Magazine® or Veteran CEO Magazine (VCEO) LLC regarding the submitting company's products, services, financial health, or business practices.

5. Intellectual Property & Image Liability

Submitter certifies that it holds full copyright ownership or valid licensing rights for all media assets (including photographs, diagrams, logos, and video clips) provided with the Submission. Submitter assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright infringement or trademark disputes arising from media provided to VCEO.

6. Indemnification

Submitter agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veteran CEO Magazine (VCEO) LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and publishers against any third-party claims, liabilities, costs, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Publication of the submitted content.

  • Any breach of representations or warranties outlined in these terms.

  • Claims of defamation, copyright infringement, trademark violation, or invasion of privacy tied to the Submission.

7. Takedown Requests & DMCA Contact

If you believe content published on the VCEO News Hub infringes upon your copyright or trademark, or if an authorized representative requires the modification or removal of an official corporate announcement, please submit a formal request to:
